It wasn’t until I fully owned my own personal story that I finally realized all of the good, the bad, the ugly, and the beautiful have lead me to where I truly belong in this world! When I go through a history with my patients, I dive in. I ask all the strange and awkward questions. I want to know and understand who they are as a WHOLE person. Every detail is a piece of the puzzle for me to evaluate. ☯️

You’ll be surprised how many details you’ve forgotten or disregarded from your past that are extremely pertinent to your current health state today.
