‘Tis the season of letting go! 🍂

This plant has been long overdue for the spotlight on our herb/plant list. Now is more than ever and important time to listen to your heart and shift out of any cowardly lion (The Wizard of Oz) energy that may be lingering. Let your heart shine bright and embrace your roar! 🦁

The head, face, and jaws are your reservoir for gaining clarity and a broader perspective. These areas embody both flexibility and rigidity. Often, difficult life experiences find a resting place within our jaws, where we repeatedly relive scenarios, imagining different responses or handling them in various ways. This cycle embeds deeply within us, etching not only in our minds but also onto our faces, revealing emotional weight we struggle to release. Lines and features on our faces mirror our emotions. What was once a secret internal replay becomes visible to others. Eventually, we must release the past, breaking free from the repetitive song of pain that lingers like a tune stuck on repeat. It's time to skip ahead to the next melody of life's experiences and leave old tunes behind. Gaze at the situation once more, absorb it, sit with it, and fully embrace each memory, even the unpleasant ones that ripple through your being. Allow your emotions to flow. Open your mouth and grant them release. Then, employ the affirmations above while practicing the self-release stretch detailed below.
