Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) has been used for thousands of years in various ways. During this season of transition, it can prove useful in assisting those who are not ready to deal with grief or pain, or those in denial of connecting to real issues by helping get in touch with their genuine, authentic voice.

People often ask me how I take care of myself. It can seem so simple to encourage others to take care of their physical, mental, and spiritual health, but it means little if you aren’t doing it yourself! I like to practice what I preach 🙏🏼 Here’s a peak into some of my favorite things 🥰:

My evolution is ever evolving. Faster than ever before. More pieces fall into place with each step I take. The world around me is being transformed before my very eyes. I have no words for the way this transition feels. It’s beyond anything I ever dreamed of. Each new day is another day to reinvent myself. Pulling from the palette of colors before me, I recreate & reinvent this human experience. I tune into the emotions held within the depths of my soul and soon I resonate with a harmonic frequency that shifts my reality. And when my reality shifts, my personality shifts. Nothing remains stagnant. This is evolution.
