• Cancellation policy: We kindly ask for 24-48 hours notice for any cancellations to allow space for others to join us. If you cancel with 24 hours notice, we are happy to process your refund within 1-2 business days (less the credit card processing fees). Cancellations after the 24 hour notification deadline are deemed non-refundable. We trust whatever mother nature provides us on this day is what is needed for our transformation so this event will take place rain or shine and we will secure shelter if needed.
