We’ll blend the heart-opening essence of cacao with a slow-flow yoga sequence\, designed as a moving meditation to help you release what no longer serves and shine a light on your desires for the coming year. Together\, we’ll tap into the warmth of our inner light\, fostering a connection that will support and guide you through the winter months ahead. \nThis Winter Solstice\, take time to honor yourself\, set intentions\, and create space for renewal.
