Breath becomes the bridge to clarity\, vitality\, and inner peace. \nWe’ll then open to universal life force energy through Reiki\, restoring harmony to your mind\, body\, and spirit. This deeply relaxing energy work helps dissolve stagnation\, balance the body’s natural rhythms\, and invite deep rest. \nOur journey will close in the embrace of healing sound — crystal singing bowls\, resonant vocal tones\, and meditative vibrations to integrate the evening’s experiences and leave you renewed from the inside out. \nThis is a space for all — whether you’re new to these practices or well-traveled on your healing path.
