It’s a time to ground\, reflect\, and realign with nature’s rhythms. \nWe’ll begin with a heart-opening yoga flow guided by April\, designed to release tension\, awaken vitality\, and bring harmony to body and breath. As the sun begins to set\, we’ll transition into a sound journey led by Charlotte. The soft glow of twilight will carry us inward as the tones of crystal singing bowls and sacred instruments create a sanctuary of rest\, nervous system restoration\, and inner clarity. \nThroughout our time together\, the gentle presence of horses will surround our practice. Horses embody grounded strength\, freedom\, and intuitive connection. The solstice invites us to slow down\, reflect\, and align with nature’s rhythms—honoring both the radiant light around us and the inner light within. \nThis year\, our gathering falls on Juneteenth\, a day of profound historical and spiritual significance. Juneteenth marks the end of slavery in the United States—a celebration of freedom\, resilience\, and Black liberation. As we come together to honor the light and shift into a new season\, we also hold space for remembrance\, justice\, and collective healing.
