DESCRIPTION:The Inner Temple Journey \nSaturday\, March 21 | 1:00–3:00 PM  \nA monthly ceremonial gathering offering a sacred pause in the middle of the day—an invitation to return inward\, attune to the wisdom of the cosmos\, and restore harmony through ritual\, breath\, energy\, and sound. The Inner Temple Journey is a soul-centered experience designed to nourish the whole self and create space for deep reflection and renewal. \nEach month is guided by the astrological sign of the season\, offering a collective theme for healing\, embodiment\, and insight. We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony\, honoring cacao as a gentle plant ally that supports emotional openness\, presence\, and connection within the shared circle. \nFrom there\, we move into conscious\, rhythmic breathwork to awaken life force energy\, release stored tension\, and soften emotional holding. During the breathwork journey\, collective Reiki is offered to the group\, creating a supportive energetic field that encourages balance\, regulation\, and integration. \nThe afternoon concludes with healing sound—crystal singing bowls\, resonant vocal tones\, and meditative vibrations—to help anchor insights and gently integrate the experience before returning to the rest of your day. Each gathering is unique\, shaped by the astrology of the season and the energy of those present.
