We begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony\, honoring cacao as a gentle plant ally that supports emotional openness\, presence\, and connection within the shared circle. \nFrom there\, we move into conscious\, rhythmic breathwork to awaken life force energy\, release stored tension\, and soften emotional holding. During the breathwork journey\, collective Reiki is offered to the group\, creating a supportive energetic field that encourages balance\, regulation\, and integration. \nThe afternoon concludes with healing sound—crystal singing bowls\, resonant vocal tones\, and meditative vibrations—to help anchor insights and gently integrate the experience before returning to the rest of your day.
