The outer harvest gives way to an inner one—time to gather what we’ve grown\, release what no longer serves\, and return to a deeper\, quieter center. \nJoin us at Glynnis\, a 10-acre sanctuary on the Meramec River in south St. Louis County—long regarded as the heart of the dove\, a sacred space for awakening\, remembrance\, and unity. Here\, in the turning of the season\, we come together to embody balance: between light and dark\, doing and resting\, giving and receiving. \nThrough gentle\, grounding yoga and an immersive sound journey with crystal singing bowls and vocal toning\, we will support the body and nervous system in releasing\, integrating\, and settling into the rhythm of autumn. \n\nA Gifted Gathering\nThis ceremony is offered on a donation basis\, in the spirit of community\, reciprocity\, and shared experience. \nDonations of any amount (cash\, Venmo\, or a gift in kind) are warmly welcomed and go directly toward supporting the facilitators and future gatherings. If not\, we will move inside the indoor sanctuary. \n10:00 AM – 12:00 PM\nCeremony begins. \nThe morning includes: \n\nGentle\, grounding yoga to release tension and restore balance\nBreath and movement practices to support letting go and coming home\nSeasonal intention setting aligned with the energy of the Autumn Equinox\nCrystal singing bowls to regulate and harmonize the nervous system\nVocal toning to support integration\, release\, and energetic coherence\n\nBy the end\, you’ll feel lighter\, more centered\, and attuned to the inward pull of the season. \n\nThe Energy of Glynnis\nGlynnis — meaning valley of oneness and unity — is a sacred gathering space devoted to connection\, nature\, and Divine presence. \nIn the heart of autumn\, this land becomes a living container for release and renewal. The Meramec River flows nearby\, the trees begin their descent into color\, and the ground invites us to root more deeply.
