My partner and I cherish any vegan, gluten-free restaurant we can find. 😍

Not only does rosemary have an amazingly divine scent, it is a plant of the Sun and Fire. It can be used to ease depression and uplift the spirit. Rosemary also tones the nervous system. This week I set aside some time for myself to connect with my emotions. I was starting to notice this low level “hum” of sadness, anger, depression, and resentment resonate in my body. I wanted to allow the space for this feeling to come forward so I set time this week with my therapist @dynamicworks_wellness, my mentor @alarahealing, my coach @searchlight_soul_healing, and my energy clearer @healingspacesllc. From the moment I set my intention to bring my awareness to this low level vibrational hum within me, clarity was provided. I realized that my logic mind and my creative mind were having their own conversations in two completely separate rooms. The emotions were there because my soul wanted my mind to work in harmony as a team. My soul used a set of lower vibrational emotions to get my attention- and it worked! By trusting these emotions to be my kindest guides in finding realignment, I realized my inner child was bursting with joy now that I made the connection. I tapped into a world of possibilities by simply allowing my masculine and feminine to communicate together in the same space. By integrating the right and left hemispheres of my brain, a feeling of wholeness blossomed. I then realized I never felt safe expressing myself in any of my relationships before, and the feminine was still in deep hiding. Not just around others, but within myself as well. Because my current partner has created opportunities for my feminine to come back into the same room for open and honest conversations, I soon began to realize I could do that for myself on the inside, but my old programming was keeping me separated. He modeled the behavior I needed and it took my team of guides to help me see it all more clearly. I realized I could release the old programing and sing my own song!

Sometimes in my office I will share stories from my personal journey when it feels applicable to helping someone find their own path to healing. I sometimes have to remind people that I am no different than anyone else. I have experienced many challenges and I consistently take leaps into the depths of my soul in order to shine light onto the shadows. I do this because I find it is the only way to truly and honestly guide from my heart center.
