I have been seeing Dr. Meier specifically for insomnia. I have suffered from insomnia for the last 11 years after my husband died and several other traumatic events. Conventional medicine has only been able to offer help through sleep hygiene, and medication. I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy as well. All therapies have been of benefit to me in some capacity but I have been seeking a way to really get to the root causes of my issues and try to become medication free if not medication reduced. So far, after just two sessions with her and her partner in care (Julie Scott)through breath work I am beginning to reduce the dose of medication I am taking. I would highly recommend taking a complete approach to your health, I was confined to seeking out treatment like this because of lack of providers in my area and working full time but retirement opened the door for me to be able to seek answers.

Dr. Charlotte is an exceptional human and practitioner. Being with her feels like a direct connection to the divine.
