Dr Charlotte is a master at her crafts. I experienced a profoundly healing experience that cant quite be put into words. The session experience is peaceful, serene,, and accommodating to your preferences and goals. I have been seeing Dr. Meier specifically for insomnia. I have suffered from insomnia for the last 11 years after my husband died and several other traumatic events. Conventional medicine has only been able to offer help through sleep hygiene, and medication. I have been in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR therapy as well. All therapies have been of benefit to me in some capacity but I have been seeking a way to really get to the root causes of my issues and try to become medication free if not medication reduced. So far, after just two sessions with her and her partner in care (Julie Scott)through breath work I am beginning to reduce the dose of medication I am taking. I would highly recommend taking a complete approach to your health, I was confined to seeking out treatment like this because of lack of providers in my area and working full time but retirement opened the door for me to be able to seek answers.

Dr. Charlotte is an exceptional human and practitioner. Being with her feels like a direct connection to the divine. Her essence and presence are so subtle and soft, yet the impact of her insights and guidance are powerful! I've received both a personal cacao ceremony and intuitive guidance session from her. Both of which gave me clarity and empowerment to settle things within in me that ultimately aren't true and hold me back, as well as ground into my truth and limitless power to create purpose in my life. Dr. Charlotte is awesome! During training, I can run anywhere between 40-75 miles per week for ultras and need the help of someone who knows the body better than I do. Dr. Charlotte not only makes adjustments but also educates me on how to care for my body in between visits. She can tell when I haven’t been drinking enough water or stretching as much as I should which is crazy to me. She’s a great partner and I love it when she brings her assistant in to meet and greet 🐶🐶.
