Join us for an evening of ceremonial cacao, guided breathwork, somatic movement, and live sound healing — held in the glow of the coming full moon.
This Full Moon in Aquarius invites reflection on authenticity, community, and the freedom to be fully yourself. Aquarius energy asks us to release what no longer aligns, especially where we’ve been dimming our truth to belong, and to reconnect with the communities and visions that honor our evolution.
As the energy of the full moon supports release and integration, you’ll be guided through a powerful inner experience, followed by time to land, connect, and nourish your body.
What to expect:
- Ceremonial cacao facilitated by Madi King Erger
- Guided breathwork with Julie Scott
- Live sound healing with crystal singing bowls, by Charlotte Meier
- Somatic movement to open and integrate
What to bring
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Extra layers or comfortable clothes for grounding afterward
Ceremonial Cacao Notes
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking antidepressants, especially MAOIs or SSRIs, have a heart condition, or are caffeine-sensitive, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating. You may choose a smaller dose or opt out of cacao while still enjoying the full experience.
Preparing for Your Ceremony
24 hours before the ceremony:
For the most supportive experience, we recommend the following:
- Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and heavy or processed foods
- Limit caffeine 2–3 hours before the event
- Eat light, nourishing meals and refrain from eating 2–3 hours before the ceremony
- Stay well-hydrated
- Set a personal intention aligned with the astrological theme of the month
24 hours after the ceremony:
To support integration, we recommend:
- Avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, and heavy or processed foods
- Rest when possible
- Keep hydration high
- Eat nourishing, grounding meals
- Limit overstimulation and unnecessary commitments
- Make space for reflection, journaling, or quiet time
- Notice any insights, emotions, or sensations that continue to unfold
These practices help you arrive grounded, open, and present for the ceremony, and support a softer, more intentional landing afterward.
Come as you are. Leave more connected: to your body, your breath, your truth, and your place in community.
Space is limited — reserve your spot to hold your place in circle.
