Together we’ll explore the fundamentals of Reiki and begin to awaken your natural healing gifts:
- The history, principles, and spiritual roots of Reiki
- Foundational hand positions for self-treatment
- Techniques for sharing Reiki with others (friends, family, pets)
- How to sense and balance energy within yourself
- Releasing blockages and fostering emotional healing through Reiki practice
🌺 Day Two: Cacao Ceremony, Attunements & Integration
Sunday
We’ll begin with a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony to prepare your energy for the sacred attunement process. You’ll receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement—opening the channel to Reiki energy—and we’ll close the day with time for rest, reflection, and integration.
